Curated Workshops

Beneath the Facade

These curated workshops are guided explorations beneath the facade—into the forces, patterns, symbols, and inner tensions that often exist beyond visible roles and polished appearances. Each one offers a different perspective on tending your inner architecture through story, shadow, sacred fire, and contemplation. These are not personal readings, but thematic spaces for reflection, education, and practice that can deepen the work you do within yourself—and, if desired, later inside a 1:1 Vessel-ing session.

A guided workshop devoted to the inner flame — your life force, devotion, discernment, and capacity to tend what is most vital within you. Rooted in the mythology of Vesta and the lineage of the Vestal Virgins, this workshop offers a cursory glimpse of Vesta’s placement in your chart, patterns of energy leakage, over‑tending, perfectionism, and self‑abandonment. It offers simple, honest practices for returning to the body as a vessel.

Tending the Inner Flame: A Vesta Invitation

COMING SOON

An exploration of the recurring characters, roles, and story‑patterns that shape how you see yourself and move through relationships, work, and change. This workshop offers a way into archetypal language as a symbolic mirror for understanding identity, adaptation, and the deeper narratives quietly influencing your choices and seasons of becoming.

Archetypal Stories

A gentle but honest exploration of the parts of self that have been hidden, over‑adapted, or pushed out of sight in the name of survival — from anger and control to staying small, creative depletion, and the stories that keep you exhausted or unseen. An ally for working with shadow, this workshop approaches these patterns as meaningful material that, when brought into light with care, can deepen awareness, integrity, and self‑trust.

Shadow Study

A slower space for symbolic reflection, constellation mapping, and inner listening, devoted to helping you create a lived mindfulness practice. This circle centers altar‑building, simple ritual, and gentle inquiry so you can honor your own truth in the midst of constant distraction, validate the experiences you’ve had, and open your perception to new perspectives that feel more empowered and resourced.

Contemplation Circle

This is a practice-focused space: more than learning about inner fire, archetypes, shadow, or constellation mapping, the aim is to leave with a simple, honest rhythm and a clearer narrative that helps you keep centering your own truth in a world that keeps demanding your attention.
